Scholarships For International Students In The Poland
Various scholarships are available under bilateral agreements, which are financed by either the Polish or foreign partner’s government to promote exchange in specific fields of study. The amount of funding varies depending on the type of study. The Polish Government Scholarship covers tuition fees and provides a monthly allowance to cover living expenses, with the option to extend it for the total duration of the studies in Poland. To apply for an extension, students must submit an application to a Polish consulate or embassy in India. Students from other countries can also apply for the Polish Government Scholarship or explore scholarships offered by individual universities, such as the Research Fellowship at Nencki Institute of Experimental Biology and the Research Position at Institute Mathematics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, which provide scientific scholarships of 3000 PLN per month and up to 640 PLN per month towards accommodation rental costs for candidates outside Warsaw.
