Cancellation Refund
If you cancel your exam more than seven days before the scheduled date and time, you are entitled to receive a refund of US $80 when you cancel online. On the other hand, if you cancel by phone, you will be charged a service fee of US $10 but will receive a credit of US $80. However, if you cancel less than seven days before the exam, you will not receive a refund. Additionally, if you cancel by phone, you may have to pay a US $10 service fee. If you fail to appear for your scheduled exam for any reason, your registration fee will not be refunded.
